The Smile 24 Hour Car/Bike helpline is BullShit


Service from these guys doesn't bring SMILE, TO BE TRUE THIS SERVICE SUCKS

I was a part of this service for last past 4 months, but I had never used this service until Saturday May 24, 2008. I would like to narrate my incident as follows", I was driving my Bike to Gurgaon near IFFCO Chowk. Suddenly the tyre of my Bike got punctured and I had fallen down with my Bike on the road, and got injured. This incident happened around 10 PM. At that time, I didn't find any puncture shop near the road to fix it, and even I was not in a position to move, as I too got injured. At that time of crisis, I decided to call the service at Number 011-41323232 to fix the puncture and also to provide me with the medical facility. (As per the norms stated during the registration).

However, when you have a bad day then you can't even expect anything good from others as well. First, I started calling their number which was constantly busy (forget those 20 dedicated lines) for around half an hour. I kept trying as I didn't have any other option. Finally some one picked up my call and introduced himself as "RAHUL". He was too sleepy to answer and didn't showed any respect for the customer. My rushing blood in the brain tried to ignore these irresponsible human attributes and i kept focussing to explain my plight and my caught situation. The limited intellectual of the customer care executive misunderstood it as an "accident "and tried best to shove off his shoulders. His ill mannered attitude forced him to shout and howl on me as if I am a poor guy stuck in the rough traffic jam. Above all, he disconnected my needy call.

My determination to seek help didn't let me down. i again made an effort to talk to someone empowered with the brains and kept on keeping my fingers cross. But luck was not at my side. The dreadful Rahul again picked up the call after half an hour of struggle and with the same attitude. i forced my self to not to disconnect the call and caught someone to at least hear me intelligently. I again naarated my incident as short as a dwarf and as long as a snake. And then he promised me to provide his services in 30 minutes time.

However, I waited for them for around 45 minutes, and started calling repeatedly. But again their phones were busy and at times when I was lucky to get connected, no one picked the call. I was frustrated and upset. At last I have to call one of my friends for the help around 12 PM. All this melodrama took around 2 hours; and you can very well expect what was my position during those 2 hours. "

See guys, believe it or not, whatever happened with me is true. Now if you really want to feel this, then go ahead for the Smile 24 Hour Service and forget you'll ever smile. Otherwise i would suggest, forget them.

It's A BULLSHIT SERVICE, WHICH SUCKS!!!!!!!!
